Excellent breakfast buffet

Magnificent and perfect location on a quiet side street overlooking a park ca n't be beat was a plus. Moreover, it was near to city center and train station, other attractions and Chapel Bridge and Old Town;))

The bed was slightly uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

Marvellous and good location, walking distance to everywhere. Well-designed and fantastic rooms with private bathrooms.

The rooftop terrace offered a fine view of the city, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The bathroom towels were disappointingly rough and could greatly benefit from being softer.

I liked amazing and magnificent location - close to a train station. You can find Restaurant Central close to the hotel to a have lunch. The room was well-appointed, beautifully decorated and had a mini bar fridge, a writing table and iron/ironing board. The beds with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows were comfy.

Fantastic and brand-new room, good bathroom. Soft bed, central heating, flat-screen TV and a safe box.

I loved that I could walk to the charming Old Town and the fine Chapel Bridge. The nearby Inseli Park provided a peaceful spot to relax amidst all the activity.

Perfect for a Family Getaway

The shower facilities were great, each day starting with a refreshing experience. Enjoyed having a lovely balcony to unwind after a day of exploring. They even offered drinking water in the room, a thoughtful touch that appreciated.

It wasn't affordable, but still manageable given the location and convenience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the convenient location right across from the train station made getting around so easy.

The towels could be softer.

Staying at this hotel was perfect for our family trip! The location made it super easy to explore Lucerne, and the spacious room comfortably hosted me, my wife, our kids, and my brother. We particularly loved the comfy balcony where we could unwind after a busy day taking in the local sights.

My wife says that the towels should be a bit softer and of better quality.

Checking in was a breeze, and they even had extra pillows waiting for me in the room! I loved relaxing on the outside terrace with drinks and soaking in the lovely view. The towels could be fluffier, but overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely come back! 😊

Conveniently located just steps from the train station, the spacious PARK Single Room provided comfort with nice amenities, including tea/coffee making facilities. The staff's suggestions for local attractions were invaluable. While overall cleanliness met expectations, the towels in the bathroom could benefit from being softer. On top of that, while a delicious vegetarian couscous was offered, the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with excellent air conditioning, made our stay enjoyable during the hot days and a good breakfast selection that energized our mornings for exploring local attractions.
